In a previous question on this forum, it's said that if there is no hor IR rad intensity mentioned in the epw file, energyplus uses the air temperature, cloud cover and atmospheric moisture. The equations are given as well.
If I look at the .epw file of Brussels, there is a value for the hor IR radiation. Unfortunately, the data source flagcode mentions that it's not an observed data but modeled data with poor uncertainty (35%). Does anyone know how the horizontal IR radiation intensity is modelled in the epw file for the different flag codes (E, F, G, H)?
