[EnergyPlus_Support] Report Variable: Time Not Met Comfortable

Hi,

Regarding to the Report Variable: Time Not Met Comfortable, does it
dynamically links back to the occupancy schedule I specified, such as
excluding the weekend for office building? I found even I got 0 hour
for Time Not Met Setpoint (23 C), there is still 8 hours/week that not
met comfortable.
