Dear Bing,

Check p. 954 in the IO Reference: That report variable is keyed to the "People" object (occupancy) only when you use the variable "...Setpoint Not Met While Occupied", and it looks for instances where the room temp varies from the setpoint by more than .2C.

If you don't use the ".. While Occupied" version of the report variable, occupancy is not checked.
