[EnergyPlus_Support] The PMV for disabled or handicapped and old person

Hi,

Currently, I'm designing HVAC system in facility. 
The facility that I'm design is for diabled and handicapped person.
And I'll run the energyplus simulation to get annual energy consumption.
So I'm looking for PMV to make good indoor environment.
I think PMV for disabled or handicapped could be different.
Plese let me PMV for disabled person facility or where can I get 
inforamtion.
