[EnergyPlus_Support] Cooling Plant evaluation

Dear all

I'm evaluating the performance of a water chilers cooling plant, about 
3.5 MW, considering the Energy Plus' Plant Profile Object . 

I have plenty of water resources, temperature anually ranging 18 to 
22ºC, perfectly adapted to local conditions. I am considering using 
that water for condensing purposes. What kind of condensing scheme is 
able to cope with these capability?
