[EnergyPlus_Support] About Zones of large space

Hi all,

Now I have a question about zoning of large space.Could the E+ apply to 
large space ?We know large space have the phenomenon of vertical 
Temperature gradient,I want to divided this building into  three 
thermoal Zones.But i don't know how to define the surface between the 
two Zone.
