[EnergyPlus_Support] air to water heat pump

How can we simulate air to water heat pump with EnergyPlus? There are 
water to water heat pump, water to air heat pump, air to air heat pump, 
but no air to water heat pump in E+. But air to water heat pump is a 
very popular cooling and heating source equipment around the area of 
Shanghai, China. Is there any other ways to simulate this system with 
E+?
