 It was a BSPro server and developed by LBNL which can extract geometric models to build an energyplus model. I tried two years ago and it supports IFC 1.* and 2.0. The slab was missing at that time. However, the development seems discontinued.

If you are using Revit or Revit MEP, there will be a passer soon.
