[EnergyPlus_Support] creating a heat sink in EnergyPlus

Hello group. I have a question regarding creating a heat sink in E+. I've created a steam loop in my facility that is hooked up to a steam boiler. The loop is currently set up where I have SteamAirHeating coils and am using an air loop to heat the largest zone in my facility from the heat/energy from the boiler. However, I do not really need to heat this zone. What is really happening is that the steam produced from the boiler is being used to proof bread in this bread products facility. My question is, how can I create a heat sink of some sort where I can dump this steam? Is it possible to create another water loop of some sort that will absorb this energy? Is it possible to create a heat sink that would absorb this energy?
