[EnergyPlus_Support] Any E+ open source(code) project file editor?

Hi group

I am looking for some E+ open source project file (.idf) editor which could change my project like DesignBuilder (e.g. rotate building, change window ratio etc.). I can't use DesignBuilder is that I need to continuously run a bunch of simulations with different building design options and compare these design parameters automatically. Is there any open source software support latest version of E+? Thanks
