[EnergyPlus_Support] controlling doas

so in my attempt to model chilld beams i have used the FPIU example
file to merge with my surface geometry, scheduling and such. That has
been successful. 

I am looking to have the OA = Primary Air Loop volumeflowrate and be
controlled based on occupancy and OA/person. Essentially the mixing
box becomes obsolete. Two things, 1) i see the ability to have the
Primary Air be fixed, but is it possible to be fixed to the OA needs
2)should i remove the mixing box all together as it becomes uneeded,
with the intention to aid a double wheel later on for energy recovery.
