[EnergyPlus_Support] ignore condensation shut-off

i am modeling a valance system using the LowTemperatureRadiant model,
but would like to allow for condensation so there is the ability for
the system to provide dehumidifaction. 

Is there a way to remove this warning that shuts-off water flow to the
terminal?
