[EnergyPlus_Support] SketchUp 7 and Energy Design Plugin

A number of users have been asking if the EnergyPlus plugin is compatible with the new SketchUp 7.  The answer is a tentative "yes".  Preliminary testing shows that all of the basic functionality appears to work.  We won't really know until users get a chance to kick it around a bit more.  
 
So far we are only aware of the following minor issues:
 
- All dialog windows now have unwanted scrollbars
- All of the Open File dialogs now show _.idf or _.epw instead of *.idf or *.epw
 
You can help us out by reporting any unexpected problems with SU7 that are not listed above to the support email address:  energy_design_plugin@xxxxxxxx
 
Note that if you want to install the plugin for SketchUp 7, you must change the destination location in the installer wizard ("Select Destination Location") to point to the directory where you have installed SU7.
 
If you are currently using SketchUp 6, you don't have to uninstall it to try out SketchUp 7.  Both versions can coexist happily on the same computer.  So if anything goes drastically wrong with the plugin on SU7, rest assured that you can easily switch back to SU6 at anytime.
