[EnergyPlus_Support] interoperable HVAC input tool ...???

Hi all, 

I am looking of an easy way of defining HVAC configurations (except 
compact HVAC) and I came across a tool called "IHIT" developed by 
IRUSE. 

Can anyone advice me of how I can download this promissing tool, or 
suggest any other simillar tools?
