Look at the Facility:Electricity meter output.

The Building:Electricty meter is only the lights, electric
equipment.

In any case, you can see what is on a particular meter by looking at the
Meter Details (.mtd) report.

If you're talking about registering and that information, just type in the number -- there is usually a box that shows up.
