[EnergyPlus_Support] Adding a Chiller to the dataset

Dear forum,

I am trying to introduce a new chiller into the Energy Plus data-set,
but I wonder if there is some spreadsheet or special tool that will
generate the curve coefficients, similar to the Heat Pump Parameter
Estimation spreadsheet.
