[EnergyPlus_Support] Peak heating and Peak cooling loads

I've created a .idf for our building and the simulation runs fine. 
Now I'm trying to figure out which Report Variables are actually
helpful.  What I need are peak cooling and peak heating loads, ie how
much energy that will be required to heat or cool the house to a set
point on a heating design and a cooling design day.  Can anybody tell
me how to report these values?
