[EnergyPlus_Support] help to create weather file for energy plus and equest

I would to creat a BIN weather file for (Amman , dead sea )in Jordan, 
so I want to use csv to input the data , and then convert it to energy 
plus file(epw), And then I will use the epw to bin converter .

the previous process ,how much accurate???????????
