[EnergyPlus_Support] create weather file

I have a problem in the process to create weather file for DOE 
(FMT,BIN).
Iam trying to modify a csv file and then convert it fmt using energy 
plus weather converter , but its to hard and I dont have all the 8779 
hour .
any one know another method simpler from my way or have a simple 
material to read ( material show me the steps),
