[EnergyPlus_Support] Node Connection Error

I am attempting to model a plate and frame heat exchanger between a 
radiant heating loop and a solar storage tank and continue to get a 
Node Connection Error.  The error is below:

Severe  ** Node Connection Error, Node="PURCHASED HEAT INLET NODE", 
Inlet node did not find an appropriate matching "outlet" node.
   **   ~~~   ** If this is an outdoor air inlet node, it must be 
listed in an OutdoorAir:Node or OutdoorAir:NodeList object.
   **   ~~~   ** Reference Object=BRANCH, Name=HEATING PURCHASED HOT 
WATER BRANCH

Any idea on what typically causes these errors?
