[EnergyPlus_Support] how to change the outdoor air flow rate?

Hi,all.
I've defined the "Outdoor Air method" as the "sum" in the sizing:zone, 
and set the "100% Outdoor Air in Cooling" as "yes". What's more 
the "Minimum / Maximum fraction of Outdoor Air Schedule" is all the 
same£¬¡°1¡±¡£
But the outdoor air flow rate can't change with the Occupy Schedule. 
I've given the "Outdoor Air Flow Per Person", of course, in 
the "Sizing:Zone".
Why the outdoor air flow rate can not change with the Occupy Schedule?

By the way, does EPlus interact with other softwrae, just like Matlab 
or others?
