[EnergyPlus_Support] Read variables during a simulation and not only at the end

Hi, this is my first post on this group.
I want to ask if there is the possiblity of read variables during and 
E+ simulation and not only at the end of this. I want to read value of 
some variables like Temperatures rooms during the simulation to have a 
global idea of change and trend of the variables controlled.
I think something like reading from temporary files where E+ writes 
values that itself use for the next operation.

Is there something like this?
