The hybrid ventilation control is based on HVAC Air Loop. You need to define 
a detailed cooling system. You may use HVACTemplate to generate a detailed 
cooling system.

Dear Lixing,

Do I have to define a detailed cooling system in order to use this
hybrid ventilation function? I am using purchased air, becauuse I am
just interested in the cooling loads and not the cooling system...
