[EnergyPlus_Support] Ventilation definitions

Hi all
In my simulation process and definitions I'm stuck with the following problem: I have 2 sets of simulations for natural and artificial ventilation. I choose the AirChanges/Hour as a Design Flow Rate Calculation Method and  asked to report the Air Changes per Hour.
I set the Air Changes per Hour as 10 for artificial and 1 for natural ventilation, but in  the Zone Ventilation Air Change Rate [ach] report I get completely different numbers. The field of Calculation Method is not compulsory and it seems like the simulation itself those settings are not kept and it uses other values (maybe other field definitions) to perform the simulation.
Anyone has any idea why this happens and how can I deal with it?
