[EnergyPlus_Support] 100% fresh air with local heating and cooling

Hi,

I'm trying to model a building which has an air handling unit with heat recovery supplying 100% fresh air to a number of rooms at roughly room temperature and has local heating and cooling systems in each room. Is there an example somewhere showing how to set this up?

The problem that I am having is getting the AHU to supply 100% fresh air with the flow rate varying according to the occupancy of the space (my outdoor air demand is related to space occupancy). Things I've tried:
- Using the economiser to force 100% fresh air, but that seems to disable the heat recovery system.
- Fixing the minimum outside air rate to be the same as the system flow rate, but then the flow rate doesn't change with occupancy.
- I've managed to get the right fresh air rate but with recirculated air included (basically the default behaviour).

Do I need to manually add up all of the zones' fresh air demand and create a schedule for that? I was hoping to get the sizing routines to do the work for me - any pointers?

Thanks in advance,

Andy
