[EnergyPlus_Support] Problem with Baseboard heaters

Hi, I have a problem with a plant which uses baseboard heater:water: convective. The plant work well and supplies the correct heating energy to the zones, but the water temperatures and waterflows are incorrect. In fact, I find out that the baseboard water inlet temperature is about 73°C and the outlet temp is 25°C; the waterflow is very small, about 0.0133 kg/s (the maximum water flow rate is about 0.4 kg/s); most of the water flow passes through the bypass branch.
I expected a temperature decrease of 10°C across the baseboard heater and a much bigger waterflow.
Can anyone help me?

thank you!
Stefano
