The DX Coil model assumes the air flow per rated cooling capacity is 
within a certain range. Manufacturers typically operate within this 
range. Look at the air flow rate and capacity for the DX coil. Make sure 
the air flow per capacity is within the range of 0.00002684 - 0.00006713 
(m3/W). Or 200 cfm/ton - 500 cfm/ton.

AirFlowPerCapacityRatio (m3/W) = Rated Air Flow Rate (m3) / Rated Total 
Cooling Capacity (W)
 
I typically choose to operate between 0.00004 - 0.00005 m3/W. Approx 300 
- 400 cfm/ton.
