That is a very good question. I do not know all that is calculated 
during sizing, but I would look at the eio files and see how the 
equipment sizes and air flow rates changed. Also check the value for 
coil sensible heat ratio (SHR).

Also look at the output and see how well the zone temperature and 
relative humidity are being maintained (specifically during the unmet 
hour periods), since this data is used to calculate unmet hours.
