EnergyPlus can calculate thermal bridges but you have to enter the different thermal paths as different surfaces.

The S/W cannot support or consider thermal bridges?
Any other S/W who does it?
And another question: How can i calculate the heat loss/month from a certain wall or a window (in kwh, not the heat loss of a window in w)?
