There are also data sets of equivalent surface properties that have been generated to approximate 2D and 3D thermal bridging effects.  Check out the CompositeWallConstructions.idf file in the datasets folder.  

For wall/window heat gain energy, just divide the average value of heat rate (in watts) for each time step by 1000 to get the units into kilowatts.  Then multiply by the length of the step (in fractional hours) to get energy for that time step (in kilowatt-hours).  Since this is an energy term, you can then sum them up for the whole simulation to come up with, for instance, annual kilowatt-hours of energy for that surface.

There may be an output for energy already, but after a 2 second glance at an .rdd file I had lying around, I did not pick one out.

The S/W cannot support or consider thermal bridges?
Any other S/W who does it?

And another question: How can i calculate the heat loss/month from a certain wall or a window (in kwh, not the heat loss of a window in w)?
