If you are using the simple baseboard model (ZoneBaseboard:OutdoorTemperatureControlled), then it acts like internal gains and is not a thermostatically controlled heating system.  This is for those self-contained, free-standing heating appliances that don’t really control zone temperature. 

 

If you want good control then you have to use actual HVAC equipment such as ZoneHVAC:Baseboard:Convective:Electric.

Thanks. I will try that.

My problem is only to disable the heating equipment in the demand zone. I have defined the thermostat to heating only below the 20ºC but the system still heating the zone above that temperature.
