A few minor changes to the Energ+.idd file:

  File        :
/Updates/Energy+.idd 
  Description : Update: This is an updated Energy+.idd file for the
V3.1 release.  You need to put this file in the main EnergyPlus
folder. 

This file is also available from the helpdesk site, the official site for
direct EnergyPlus Support help.
