Re: [EnergyPlus_Support] Outside air control

Report the outside air node mass (or volume) flow rate to see if it is 
actually 0. In this example "Outside Air Inlet Node" is the name of the 
node at the mixer's OA inlet.

  Output:Variable,
    Outside Air Inlet Node,  !- Key Value
    System Node MassFlowRate,!- Variable Name
    timestep;                !- Reporting Frequency
