ShadingII - Release
I'm glad to announce the release of ShadingII, a new plugin
for sketchUP.
The plugin comprises a series of functions/utilities for
evaluating/assessing the Geometrical Shading Coefficient (GSC) of any
surface(s) selected from the 3D model (i.e. open space, roof, facade, window).
Among those functions I can mention:
-. GSC calculation for current date and time.
-. GSC calculation for a predetermined or user defined
period of time (via csv output file).
-. Calculating the potential visibility percentage of any
selected surface from the current point of view.
-. Show a view from the sun's point of view.
-. Free or system selection of surfaces according to layer,
opaqueness/translucence, azimuth and slope angle, for assessment.
