[EnergyPlus_Support] Temperature Setpoints and Boilers

Hello,

I am modeling a residential home and I have a few questions:

1) I have used the HVAC template for Furnace:HeatCool and now am working on the expanded version as for some reason the cooling flow rate when autosized was out of range and my supply fan is using up an enormous amount of energy. What could be causing these problems?

2) In regards to the DualSetpoints for the thermostat, right now it set to heat to 20 and cool to 21. How do i set it up so the desired tempurature is always 21 and the heating or cooling do not start the system until they are +- 4 degrees out of range?

3) The boiler template didnt create anything in the expanded file. I want to create a standard residential gas tank boiler and input a use schedule that i found in the schedules.idf example (Multifamily SHW). Which inputs should I work with?

Thanks in Advance,
