You can try at Controller:MechanicalVentilation object:
1. Set field 'Zone Outdoor Air Method' to Maximum and set cfm/ft2 to 0
for zones.
2. Set field 'System Outdoor Air Method' to ZoneSum as you indicated.
You can ignore zone distribution effectiveness and system ventilation
efficiency inputs.
Unfortunately you have to enter outdoor air rates at the
Controller:MechanicalVentilation object in order to model DCV. Currently
the outdoor air rates in the autosizing calculations are different from
the annual simulations for DCV. A plan is in place to consolidate these
inputs for both objects.
