[EnergyPlus_Support] AirLoopHVAC:UnitaryHeatPump:WaterToAir and VAV

I'm interested in modeling a GroundHeatExchanger:Vertical GSHE that powers a WaterToAir heatpump resulting in VAV-style terminals controlling airflow to individual zones.

Page 1002 of the e+ InputOutput document seems to suggest that only direct air terminals can be used with AirLoopHVAC:UnitaryHeatPump:WaterToAir. Is this true? I've tried AirTerminal:SingleDuct:VAV:HeatAndCool:NoReheat terminals in a UnitaryHeatPump:WaterToAir configuration without much success.

Does anyone know if such a VAV design exists in e+ or if its even possible?
