I do not know the answer to that question. You should ask the EnergyPlus 
Team to help you. You can also attach your input file (or xls, or err, 
etc.) and specify the date and time where you think there is a problem 
with the surface convection rate report variables. Keep the report 
variables to a minimum so we can quickly see the same problem you are 
seeing. You can send your email directly to EnergyPlus-Support@xxxxxxxx. 
Please attach your file so we have it for our records.
