[EnergyPlus_Support] Doubts about the control of LowTemperatureRadiant:ConstantFlow

Good day to You all

I am experiencing problems with LowTemperatureRadiant:ConstantFlow when the control temperature is set on "OutdoorDryBulbTemperature" or "OutdoorWetBulbTemperature". In winter, the water supply temperature is set at the value of the low water temperature, even if the outdoor dry bulb temperature is much lower than the low control temperature. And the system works at high water supply temperatures only if the high/low control temperatures are higher than the room temperature.
In a few words, the control looks to be set on "MeanAirTemperature", "MeanRadiantTemperature" or "OperativeTemperature", instead of "OutdoorDryBulbTemperature" or "OutdoorWetBulbTemperature". So the linear interpolation takes place, but an internal temperature is set as the control temperature.
The release of EPlus I am using is 3.1.
Have You ever encountered similar problems?

Thank You for the attention

Regards

Max
