Paulo,
By Solar Air conditioning, you are probably thinking about an Absorption chiller driven by solar panels.
Search the documention for this specific system, an absortion chiller is not by itself a Solar air conditioning system, you can build such a system in energy plus with the equipments you will need, solar thermal panels, storage tanks and the absorption chiller. Also search this forum, as this was a topic some weeks ago.
