Brent has already given you the reason for the messages.
 
I think, you may  also try increasing the time step for simulation from 4 to 6  or more per hour.  Smaller time intervals may help the system to stabilize.
 
If there is no other errors, you can turn off the reporting by changing the diagnostic object.

These messages can be ignored. It isn't necessary to try to remove them. They are usually caused by abrupt changes in internal loads from schedule fluctations.

I'm having difficulty trying to decipher zone air heat balance warning message. What do they mean? How can I solve these problems?
