[EnergyPlus_Support] Humidity Control with HVAC Template and Infiltration

I am having a problem with controlling relative humidity for a zone using HVAC Template:System:Unitary. I have put a schedule specifically for relative humidity, where I want the RH to be consistent at 55%. Even though I have defined the dehumidification setpoint at 55%, I still find that the RH is fluctuating. It seems that there is no association between the schedule and the input in the HVAC Template. Do I need to specify inside the Zone:Humidistat as well?

 

Regarding infiltration, I have also defined the schedule for infiltration to be available throughout a year and for 24 hours. However, after running the simulation and looking at the eso files, there are certain period in which infiltration is zero (it seems that it is scheduled). How is it possible?
