[EnergyPlus_Support] Simulation using HVAC Template with Reheat and Humidity Control

Hello,

 

I am in need of a kind assistance from anybody regarding my simulation. I have tried using HVAC Template for unitary system using reheat. My intention is to control the zone conditions at 24 deg C and 55 to 60% relative humidity. The HVAC system is using 100% fresh air and will be fully extracted. I am still  unable to get the relative humidity constant and the reheat coil is not functioning. Attached is my input file. Am I missing something, or lots of things?
