If you have specific locations in any where (but not if they
also have locations on our EnergyPlus website or in the Yahoo Groups
Meteonorm files area), we can try to make them for you -- Meteonorm, that
is.

You should read the cautions that go with that.

Then, we need the location name, Latitude, Longitude and Time Zone. 
Elevation is helpful as well.

If you want to create a weather file from your own data, you should read
the Auxiliary Programs document about "custom data files" and
then we can try to help with that effort as well.
