RE: [EnergyPlus_Support] IWEC to EPW conversion

Currently the only solution is to fill the missing days with data from surrounding days.

The WeatherConverter that will be out in October will be able to calculate the solar data -- and this capability is being added to the real-time weather data from NREL in the next few months.

If you will send me the file directly--not through the list.  We will add solar data to it.

Subject: [EnergyPlus_Support] IWEC to EPW conversion

Hello group,

I have been trying to convert a weather file for Raleigh, NC, USA from IWEC to EPW using the E+ 'Weather' tool. The trouble is that there a huge chunks of data missing in the IWEC files available from NREL and I am not sure extrapolation would be a correct solution. Also, the IWEC files do not have solar radiation data which is necessary for EPW. Is there a way to do this?
