The AirflowNetwork object will override the ZoneInfiltration object when 
an airflow network simulation is performed.

Did you change the AirflowNetwork control setting?

  AirflowNetwork:SimulationControl,
    AriflowNetwork_All,      !- Name
 >>>>    MultizoneWithDistribution,  !- AirflowNetwork Control

The choices for this input are:
      \key MultizoneWithDistribution
      \key MultizoneWithoutDistribution
      \key MultizoneWithDistributionOnlyDuringFanOperation
      \key NoMultizoneOrDistribution
      \default NoMultizoneOrDistribution
