[EnergyPlus_Support] Supermarket refrigeration model!!!

Good mornig Linda,

 

I'm new in simulation with E+ and i'm trying to simulate a small supermarket refrigeration system wich includes a walking frezzer. The building was drawn with the Design Builder and exported to "idf" format file. Then i tried to work with the refrigerated cases, available in the E+. However, i'm not achieving any result.

 

Can you help me with this question? What is the best way to learn the basics of E+, beside the E+ manual.
