[EnergyPlus_Support] heating and cooling load

Hello, everyone:

I want to simulate the heating and cooling loads of an office to see
how the window blinds affect the heating or cooling loads. I choose a
PTAC (Packaged Terminal Air Conditioner) in the HVAC
Templates:Zone:PTAC object. For Thermostatsetpoint:Dual point is 24
and 20, respectively.

In the ouput file, I select some variables related to heating and
cooling loads, for example, Zone/Sys Sensible Heating Rate [W],
:Zone/Sys Sensible Load Predicted [W], Packaged Terminal Air
Conditioner Sensible Zone Heating Rate[W]. From the manual document,
because only PTAC is used in the zone, I initially think that the
three should be equal.

But for some days, Zone/Sys Sensible Load Predicted [W] is 0, and
Packaged Terminal Air Conditioner Sensible Zone Heating Rate[W] is
9.525853, which is not equal to Zone/Sys Sensible Heating Rate [W].

Can anyone explain the relationship of the three variables for me?

Thank you.
