[EnergyPlus_Support] Ceiling height warning

Dear All,

Has anyone come across similar warnings about ceiling heights? 


** Warning ** Entered Ceiling Height for Zone="ATRIUM_1_" significantly different from calculated Ceiling Height
   **   ~~~   ** Entered Ceiling Height=12.36, Calculated Ceiling Height=7.07, entered height will be used in calculations.

My model is built in Ecotect and is then exported to Energy+. The geometry looks fine in Ecotect (including surface normals and vertices order).Thank you in advance for any help,
