[EnergyPlus_Support] Triangular Windows with Frames and Dividers

I am attempting to model as accurately as possible the solar load on the space below a large, rectangular, all glass atrium.  On each of the four orientations there are three directions of interior bow shaped shading devices: one horizontal and two directions of diagonal.  These shading devices divide the windows of the atrium into triangular panes. (they are actually the structural support)  Is it possible to accurately model the shading devices and triangular frame/divider?  Would it be necessary to simplify the geometry - such as using area-weighted average values for the dividers or non triangular windows?

I did see in the Input Output Reference that "Field: Frame and Divider Name" always has "This field should be blank for triangular windows."  However, the release notes for version 1.0.2 says "2. Restriction for reveal on Triangular Windows, FullExterior (1.0.1) have been removed."  Is the statement in the Input Output Reference just a legacy error that is no longer applicable?

I am attaching an image of the interior shading devices.

Thank you,

Chris
